    Council member Walter Bayer, who lives on Candlewood Mountain Road, said that after the two roads are repaved a "yellow line" should be repainted to clearly separate the traffic going in each direction. Public Works Director Mike Zarba said in an interview that his department would immediately seek bid packages for work on Candlewood Mountain Road and Ridge Road and would probably need to obtain two drainage easements for the projects.
