    TOKYO (AFP) - A Japanese climber who scaled Mount Everest last year at the age of 75 said Thursday he has been recognised by Guinness World Records as the oldest person to reach the world's highest peak.     THURSDAY, Dec. 11 (HealthDay News) -- Most deaths on Mount Everest occur during descents from the summit in the so-called "death zone" above 8,000 meters, and high-altitude cerebral edema appears to be associated with an increased risk of death.
