Magnitude 5.7 quake rattles Greece Nov 3, 2009
Athens Geodynamic Institute says the undersea quake struck at 07:25 a.m.Tuesday near the Ionian sea island of Zakynthos, 205 miles west of Athens. Institute seismologist Dimitris Papanastasiou says the area where the quake occurred is one of the most seismically active in Europe. (Florida Today)
