    Irrigators in the Heart Mountain, Willwood, Garland and Frannie divisions rely on water from Buffalo Bill Reservoir for their livelihood. Residents of Cody, Powell, Lovell, Byron, Deaver and Frannie also depend on the reservoir for their drinking water via the Shoshone Municipal Pipeline. (Cody Enterprise, WY)

    Heart Mountain Condominiums at 2844 Kent Ave. should soon obtain a building permit, with work starting thereafter and the first units ready for occupancy next year, she said. On Central Avenue, the Pebble Creek Addition has been approved with 10 lots, two of which have duplexes constructed and eight lots remaining to be developed as duplexes or single family homes.     County Library System Director Frances Clymer adds that there has been a 7-10 percent increase in use of the new Cody library since it opened in October, though thats partly because there simply is more room in the new building at 1500 Heart Mountain St. than the previous facility.
