    Dancers greet Garrett for IPA ceremony  Sep 25, 2009
    More than 150 Aboriginal people travelled from across the region to join the traditional owners, led by Jimmy Galaminda, for the landmark event in the heart of the IPA at Rocky Point, on the edge of the Arafura Sea.
